Chiffon Cakes

Chocolate Chiffon - soft, moist and very chocolaty, without the heavy cream and butter, so you can indulge without the guilt!

Pandan Chocolate Chiffon - this wavy design was an 'accident'. The dividing line is usually a straight one, so when I saw the cake turn out this way one day, I just had to take a picture of it!

- For those of you who bake chiffon cakes, you will find this a familiar sight. Chiffon cakes are cooled upside down to prevent them from shrinking.
